Welcome to PRIVATECLOUD.COM. Access to this site requires that users understand and accept the Terms of Use. By registering or browsing PRIVATECLOUD.COM, you agree to these terms and conditions. PRIVATECLOUD.COM reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion. These terms and conditions apply to all visits to PRIVATECLOUD.COM.
Description of PRIVATECLOUD.COM
PRIVATECLOUD.COM is a site where members can exchange information, ask questions, and converse with each other regarding the topic of cloud computing. The site is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. PRIVATECLOUD.COM reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the site and your use or access to it, with or without notice. PRIVATECLOUD.COM will not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification, suspension, or termination of the site, or termination of your access to PRIVATECLOUD.COM.
Registration
You must be at least thirteen (13) years old to use and participate. You must provide current, accurate, and complete information about yourself that may be required as part of the account creation process and/or continued use and participation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You must maintain and promptly update any account information provided to keep it accurate, current, and complete. PRIVATECLOUD.COM reserves the right to refuse access to the site to anyone at any time without notice for any reason.

You agree to abide by PRIVATECLOUD.COM guidelines outlined below.
Content
PRIVATECLOUD.COM does not claim ownership of any content or materials you post, upload, submit, or otherwise provide to PRIVATECLOUD.COM, and assumes no responsibility of any kind with respect to such materials. All such content or materials are deemed to be provided on a non-confidential basis, and by providing such content, you grant PRIVATECLOUD.COM and all other users of the site an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, adapt, and publish such content or materials. You represent and warrant that you either own or have the necessary rights to the contents or materials placed in the site, to grant PRIVATECLOUD.COM, and other users of the site, the rights and licenses contained herein.
Indemnification
If PRIVATECLOUD.COM and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, agents, and employees should incur any liability to a third party arising out of, or in any way related to your use of the site, you agree to indemnify and hold PRIVATECLOUD.COM free and harmless from any such liability, and from all loss, claims, costs, demands, debts, and causes of action in connection therewith, including reasonable attorneys fees.
PRIVATECLOUD.COM participation guidelines
Overview
PRIVATECLOUD.COM is a site at which members may exchange information, ask questions, and converse with each other. PRIVATECLOUD.COM representatives will monitor the site and respond to questions as appropriate. PRIVATECLOUD.COM postings reflect the perspectives and opinions of the site moderator(s), and in some cases may not represent the positions and policies of PRIVATECLOUD.COM. In any event, postings by PRIVATECLOUD.COM members should not be considered official support from the Company.
Specific guidelines for use
• Participants must not engage in any illegal conduct in PRIVATECLOUD.COM . In particular, you cannot post, publish, or distribute any defamatory, obscene, infringing, or other unlawful material or information in the site.
• Please treat others on PRIVATECLOUD.COM as you would expect them to treat you. Personal attacks or any type of “flaming” of other Community members will not be tolerated. Participants who “talk trash” about another user may be banned from the site. Please also refrain from “trolling”, i.e. posting topics or opinions that are designed to provoke a negative response from one or more specific users.
• Keep offensive language to a minimum. If you have any doubts about whether a particular statement might be considered offensive by other users, please do not post it. You do not need to use profanity to get your point across to other users.
• Do not engage in disruptive activity on the Message Boards, such as persistent off-topic postings or comments, or statements that might incite other users to violate these guidelines or participate in illegal activities.
• Do not post messages or upload files that contain photos, software, or other material protected by intellectual property laws, rights of privacy, or publicity, or any other applicable law unless you own or have rights to these materials. PRIVATECLOUD.COM is not responsible for the use of anything you say or post in the site.
• Do not post any instructions, software, or other materials that would allow Community users or third parties to harm other users’ computers, or to inappropriately access software or websites.
• You are not permitted to post any computer programs that contain destructive features, such as viruses, worms, or Trojan horses. In addition, you cannot employ any type of bots for the use of scrolling, showing multiple screens, or other activities that might disrupt online communication.
• You may not falsely impersonate any other person on PRIVATECLOUD.COM, including the sites administrators and members.
• Please do not use PRIVATECLOUD.COM to spam other users, including sending identical and irrelevant submissions to many different sub-communities or mailing lists. Such postings will rarely be of interest to any PRIVATECLOUD.COM participants. You also may not misrepresent the source of anything you say or post.
• You are responsible and liable for all your activities while participating in PRIVATECLOUD.COM, including anything you say or post.
• PRIVATECLOUD.COM employees contribute as individuals. Their activities and posts are their opinions and do not represent official PRIVATECLOUD.COM policies, nor are they intended as product support.
• Please do not rely on PRIVATECLOUD.COM for the safe and secure storage of any materials, such as photos, documents, and software. The Message Boards are not designed as the primary place to store any of these materials, and PRIVATECLOUD.COM is not responsible for the alteration, deletion, or loss of any stored items. We strongly recommend that you create back-ups for any materials that you post to the Message Boards.
• PRIVATECLOUD.COM reserves the right to remove at any time, without notice, any message or posting that violates these guidelines. PRIVATECLOUD.COM also reserves the right at any time, without notice, to ban a user who has violated these guidelines from any or all areas of the site.
• Some participants may post Internet website links in their area. PRIVATECLOUD.COM is not responsible for the content on the websites associated with these links.
• You are responsible for any actions you may take based on information or advice you receive while online. Please use your own good judgment when evaluating information provided through PRIVATECLOUD.COM or any other communication service. The decision to share information or conduct transactions with anyone is your own. Please conduct your own research prior to making any decisions.
